Terms of Service(Students & Individual Users)

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ZANE ProEd platform and its associated modules, including learning systems, simulation environments, portfolio and publishing tools, career support features, and professional communities (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Accounts created in violation of this rule may be terminated without notice.
2. Scope of Services
ZANE ProEd provides an integrated professional learning and career ecosystem that may include, but is not limited to:
- Educational content and learning modules
- Simulation-based training environments
- Performance tracking and analytics
- Portfolio and proof-of-work generation
- Career preparation and guidance tools
- Professional and community interaction features
Features may evolve, change, or be discontinued at any time at ZANE ProEd's discretion.
3. Account Registration and Use
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- One account is permitted per individual.
- Account sharing, resale, or transfer is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
- ZANE ProEd reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Share or resell your account or access
- Copy or redistribute platform content
- Plagiarize or submit false work
- Harass, abuse, or threaten others
- Misuse AI tools or generate harmful content
- Attempt to breach, scrape, or interfere with the Platform
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.
5. Educational Nature of the Platform
The Platform provides education, training, simulations, and professional skill development only. Use of the Platform does not constitute employment, internship, or professional engagement. Completion of any program does not guarantee employment, income, interviews, promotions, or career outcomes. Outcomes depend on individual effort, skill, market conditions, and external factors beyond ZANE ProEd's control.
6. Performance Tracking and Analytics
Your interactions, learning activity, and performance on the Platform may be tracked and analyzed to improve learning outcomes and generate structured outputs (including reports or portfolio materials). This tracking is an essential part of how the Platform functions. By using the Platform, you consent to this tracking as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Publishing and Public Content
Content you create on the Platform is private by default until you intentionally choose to post or publish it. When you click "Post", "Publish", or a similar action, you acknowledge that:
- The content will be publicly visible
- It may be viewed, shared, or accessed by others on the internet
- You are responsible for the content you choose to publish
ZANE ProEd is not responsible for consequences arising from content you voluntarily make public. You may be able to edit, unpublish, or remove your content depending on platform features available at the time.
8. Intellectual Property
Platform IP
All platform software, systems, simulations, frameworks, branding, and content are the intellectual property of ZANE ProEd. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform.
User Content
You retain ownership of the original content you create. By posting or publishing content, you grant ZANE ProEd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, host, and distribute that content as part of the Platform and its normal operations. ZANE ProEd may showcase anonymized or consented user work for educational or demonstrative purposes.
9. Fees, Payments, and Refunds
All payments are final. No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including partial use, non-use, dissatisfaction, or early withdrawal. Access to digital content and systems begins immediately upon enrollment.
10. Placement Assistance
Purpose
ZANE ProEd provides placement assistance to eligible learners through career preparation, portfolio development, interview support, employer networking, referrals, and job opportunity sharing. ZANE ProEd does not guarantee employment, salary levels, interview calls, or job offers.
Eligibility
To qualify for placement assistance, learners must:
- Successfully complete the entire program
- Achieve all mandatory project submissions
- Maintain professional conduct throughout the program
- Complete portfolio requirements assigned by mentors
- Attend mandatory career development sessions
- Maintain an accurate and updated resume and LinkedIn profile
What Placement Assistance Includes
- Resume review and optimization
- LinkedIn profile enhancement
- Mock interviews
- Portfolio development support
- Career guidance sessions
- Access to employer opportunities
- Referral opportunities where available
- Interview scheduling support
Learner Responsibilities
Learners must apply to opportunities shared by ZANE ProEd, attend scheduled interviews on time, respond professionally to recruiters, participate actively in placement preparation activities, and inform the placement team about interview outcomes. Failure to comply may result in suspension of placement assistance.
Offer Acceptance Policy
If a learner receives an offer through ZANE ProEd's network, they must communicate acceptance or rejection within the employer's deadline. Misrepresentation of qualifications or experience will result in immediate removal from placement support.
Duration
Placement assistance is available for up to 3 months from program completion or until the learner secures employment through ZANE ProEd support, whichever occurs first.
Disclaimer
Hiring decisions are made solely by employers. Factors affecting hiring include market conditions, employer requirements, candidate performance, communication skills, technical competency, interview performance, and work authorization. ZANE ProEd does not guarantee employment, interview calls, salary packages, specific job roles, or specific employers.
11. Availability
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ZANE ProEd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features, content, pricing, or structure may be modified at any time.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- ZANE ProEd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- ZANE ProEd is not responsible for decisions you make based on platform content, analytics, or outputs
- Your use of the Platform is at your own risk
13. Termination
ZANE ProEd may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, or legal, security, or operational reasons. Termination does not entitle you to any refund.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
15. Updates to These Terms
ZANE ProEd may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
