- Meta Pixel (Datasets): Tracking user interactions, evaluating the performance of advertising campaigns, and showing targeted advertisements (retargeting) on Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram).

12. Compliance with DPDP Act, 2023 (India)
ZANE ProEd processes personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India. We act as the Data Fiduciary, and you are the Data Principal.
a) Rights of the Data Principal
Under the DPDP Act, you have the right to: (i) Access details of your personal data processed; (ii) Request correction, completion, updating, or erasure of your personal data; (iii) Seek grievance redressal; and (iv) Nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
b) Consent and Withdrawal
Your consent is the legal basis for processing your personal data. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at support@zaneproed.com. Please note that withdrawing consent may result in the suspension or termination of your access to the Platform or specific features, as the processing of such data is essential for Platform operations.
c) Consent Manager
You may also give, manage, or withdraw your consent through a Consent Manager registered with the Data Protection Board of India.
d) Grievance Redressal
