DMCA & IP Policy

ZANE ProEd respects the intellectual property rights of others. We expect our users, learners, and contributors to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA) and other applicable intellectual property laws, we will respond promptly to notices of alleged copyright or intellectual property infringement.
1. Reporting Infringement
If you are a copyright or trademark owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner) and believe that content hosted on our Platform infringes upon your rights, you may submit a formal notification to our Designated Agent containing the following details:
- A physical or electronic signature of the owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work or trademark claimed to have been infringed (including registration numbers if applicable).
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficiently detailed information (such as exact URLs) to allow us to locate it on the Platform.
- Your contact information, including your physical address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
2. Designated Agent for Infringement Notices
All infringement claims and notices should be sent to our Designated Agent at the following address:

*Note: Only legal infringement notices should go to the designated agent. General support inquiries will not receive a response through this channel.
3. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written Counter-Notification to our Designated Agent. A valid Counter-Notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location (URL) where the material appeared before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India (or the local jurisdiction where you reside) and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
ZANE ProEd reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate the accounts of users, learners, or contributors who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights under our Acceptable Use Policy.
