Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 18, 2026

ZANE ProEd is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for individuals with disabilities. We are continuously improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to make our Platform as inclusive as possible.

1. Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

ZANE ProEd aims to conform to the WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards across the Platform. Some parts of the Platform, specifically complex simulated hands-on software labs, may have technical limitations, but we are actively working to optimize these areas.

2. Accessibility Features

We strive to implement and maintain the following features on the Platform:

  • Keyboard Navigation: Ensuring critical interactive elements, buttons, and links can be navigated using only a keyboard.
  • Text Alternatives: Providing alt text for significant educational images and visual content.
  • Color Contrast: Verifying contrast ratios for text and UI controls to ensure readability for low-vision users.
  • Semantic HTML: Structuring page layouts using proper HTML5 tags and ARIA (Accessible Rich Internet Applications) attributes to support screen readers and assistive technologies.
  • Responsive Design: Ensuring standard scaling and layout adjustment across mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports.

3. Technical Limitations & Exclusions

Certain advanced elements on our Platform, such as real-time interactive terminal sandboxes, mock database tools, and simulated software environments, are designed to replicate complex, highly visual industry software.

Due to their technical structure, these simulation environments may not be fully optimized for screen readers or keyboard-only navigation. We provide supplementary explanations and structured training guides to assist learners using these features.

4. Feedback & Grievances

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of ZANE ProEd. If you encounter accessibility barriers or require specific accommodations to support your learning journey, please contact us:
