ZANE ProEd

"You can't fake a conversation."

Why It Works

Uncheatable By Design.

The moment you make the response medium voice, you eliminate 90% of conventional cheating vectors in one move.

The Voice-First Format

You can't Google-speak an answer in 45 seconds in your native language under time pressure. You can't have ChatGPT talk for you. You can't copy-paste. No LMS in the market has cracked this. Most are still doing MCQs with randomized question banks and calling it "secure assessment."

The Native Language Dimension

A candidate who truly understands something can explain it in their mother tongue. One who memorized it cannot. A pharmacovigilance associate who actually understands causality assessment can explain it in Hindi or Malayalam under pressure. You're not testing knowledge — you're testing internalization.

The Interviewer Persona

If the voice agent asks, pauses, listens, responds to what they said and asks a follow-up — that's a professional evaluation. The candidate's nervous system responds differently to being interviewed than to filling a form. The closest proxy to real job performance outside of actually doing the job.

Product Experience

A 20-25 Minute Rigorous Evaluation

STEP 1

Candidate Onboarding

Candidate receives a ZAT link. They enter their details and select their preferred assessment language. The interface locks — no tab switching, no overlay allowed, screen recording detection active.

STEP 2

ARIA Introduces Itself

ARIA (Assessment and Readiness Intelligence Agent) introduces itself in the selected language. Warm, professional, direct. It explains the format: you'll be asked questions, you have X seconds to respond, speak clearly, no retakes.

STEP 3

The Assessment Begins

ARIA asks scenario-based questions across five ZAT dimensions. Not "what is a protocol deviation" but "a site coordinator just called you and told you a patient received the wrong dose three days ago. What do you do right now."

The candidate speaks. ARIA listens. Transcribed, analyzed, and scored in real time. Time pressure is built in via countdown.

STEP 4

ARIA Probes Deep

On questions designed to measure adaptive thinking, ARIA follows up based on what the candidate said. If they gave a surface answer, ARIA pushes deeper.

"You mentioned escalation — who specifically would you escalate to and what exact information would you give them right now?"

This is what makes it impossible to fake with a memorized script.

STEP 5

Instant Profile Generation

Assessment ends. Within minutes, the candidate and organization receive the full ZAT Profile — a five-dimension radar chart, percentile scores benchmarked against role standards, and a readiness verdict:

The ZAT Profile Output

Data tailored perfectly for every stakeholder in the ecosystem.

For The Candidate

A shareable, published ZAT credential that lives in their AURIX portfolio. Scored across five dimensions. Dated and timestamped. Verifiable by any recruiter who receives their portfolio.

For The Organization

A team-level ZAT dashboard — every employee's profile in one view, filterable by department, role, domain, and readiness tier. Pre-training baseline and post-training delta. The data that justifies the L&D budget to the CFO.

For The Institution

A cohort-level ZAT report — batch performance across all five dimensions, domain-wise breakdown, year-on-year comparison, precisely formatted for NAAC and NIRF accreditation documentation.

ZAT In The Ecosystem

IN THE CORPORATE DECK

"Training without assessment is expenditure without accountability. ZAT closes that loop. Before OMEGA, ZAT tells you exactly where each employee stands. After OMEGA, ZAT tells you exactly how far they've come. The delta is your ROI — specific, scored, and defensible to any stakeholder."
Pre-Deployment BaselinePost-Program DeltaPre-Hire Screening

IN THE INSTITUTIONAL DECK

"Every student who completes an OMEGA program takes a ZAT assessment. Their profile is published to their AURIX portfolio. They don't just graduate with proof of what they did. They graduate with a verified score of how they think, how fast they act, and how well they perform under pressure. No other institution in India can offer that credential."

Zane ProEd Aptitude Test

ZAT is the only assessment where you can't cheat — because it makes you speak.

ARIA, a voice AI interviewer, puts you under real pressure across 20 minutes of scenario-based questioning with unique followups in your own native language, realtime.
